Does anyone know if Furniture Emporium is still open? I bought furniture from them last year and need a couch repaired. They said if I would give them an invoice for repair here in Austin they would reimburse me. I submitted that invoice to them a month ago. I've tried calling them NUMEROUS times and they never answer their phone! They probably have caller ID and don't want to talk to me. I've even tried emailing them and get no response at all. I'm getting very frustrated!! Does anybody know????
They've got a great selection on the floor and excellent prices. Jason was great to work with and very reasonable delivery!
Love this place! We always like to check here before buying anywhere else when it comes to furniture. Jason is really helpful! We have bought numerous piece from here with good prices and quality.
We went here looking for a bedroom set and found one that was not Ashley or coaster but they were trying to sell it as these brands same price as these brands though and they were telling us that we were getting a 20% off that they usually don't give but that was the same deal they had on Facebook through the month of april. We used to shop here all the time about 2 yrs ago when they had a manager named Susan and she made sure she got you the best deal possible. Now they are just money hungry and looking out for themselves. Will definitely look sonewhere else for furniture from now on.
